Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been activated or delivered.

Refund requests may be considered only if the service was not delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Prime Layer Technologies LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on service usage and delivery status.
